HOURS Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm SPECIAL HOURS If we have an unexpected closure or holiday hours, we will update them in this section. Right now we are running regular business hours.

RATES Hourly Rates: $100/hour We charge $100 per hour, and charge in quarter hour increments. For example, a 3/4 hour charge would be $75. Onsite Service Fee: $20 We are happy to come to you as that is often the best way to take care of your issues. We charge $20 for our visit. However, if we surpass one hour of billable time, the $20 fee is refunded. Travel Time Any travel within the Fargo/Moorhead/West Fargo metro area is covered by the $20 onsite service fee. Travel beyond that distance will instead be a $40 charge for every hour on the road.
